A CRESWELL man who recently landed his first full-time job has been banned from driving.

Police saw a scooter travelling at speed along Elmton Road in the village at 1.45am on 3rd November, Chesterfield magistrates head.

Hall said he had ‘no idea’ he was over the limit and said his bike was restricted to 30mph. He was banned from driving for 16 months and fined £165, with £85 costs.
