ROAD SMASH: Three children and woman taken to hospital after crash in Worksop

Two crews from Worksop and a rapid response team from Tuxford attended the scene on Gateford Road at 4.32pm.

The incident involved two cars in collision, with one of the vehicles rearing off the road into a hedge.

Fire chiefs cut free a woman from one of the cars, who was then taken to hospital. Another adult was released before firefighters arrived.

The injuries are not thought to be serious.

The stop message was received at 5.17pm.
