Rotary Ball raises cash for polio
Hemswell Court was the venue for the annual Rotary Ball held on Saturday 5th May.
One hundred and six guests enjoyed an excellent meal and danced to the music of Eat at Joe’s.
Proceeds from the event totalled an impressive £943, with £700 being donated to international campaign Stop Polio Now.
Rotary assistant district governor Wendy Watson attended as a guest at the club’s meeting on 16th May when the cheque was presented to her.
