Rotherham: VIP opening for the new-look Wharncliffe
Staff and students from the Catering and Hospitality department at Rotherham College were joined by Premier League and England World Cup referee Howard Webb, the Mayor and Mayoress of Rotherham, loyal customers, suppliers and many others from the College and local area to celebrate the official opening of their training restaurant, The Wharncliffe.
Mr Webb said: “I’m taken aback by what a fantastic facility it actually is. It’s really modern and it’s clearly going to be a wonderful new asset for the town.”
