Row over Facebook

A row blew up between Sam and Nicola Cross on 29th June regarding photographs on her Facebook account.

Laura Dyke, prosecuting, told magistrates at Chesterfield that he grabbed her during the row.

Sam Cross, 29, was arrested and denied committing any offence at the time. But he admitted to assault and was given 100 hours unpaid work and a one-year probation supervision order, with £85 costs.

Cross, of Southwood Drive, was handed a two-year restraining order to stop him bothering Mrs Cross.
