School news hot off the press
Young journalists at The Axholme Academy have been busy producing this summer’s edition of the Ax news.
Students visited Lincoln University to design pages for the end of term newspaper, after three days of researching stories and carrying out interviews with staff and fellow students.
Copies of the paper will be distributed among members of the local community, or can be accessed at www.theaxholmeacademy.com.
Principal Joe Sellars said: “This is another high quality edition of Ax News that demonstrates our students’ journalistic skills. I am delighted we were in time to feature our success in winning the Lincolnshire Show Challenge.”
