Seasalt clothing shop have chosen Gainsborough for its first Lincolnshire location

The Cornish fashion company, Seasalt, will be launching its first Lincolnshire store in Marshall's Yard, Gainsborough.

The new 2,688 sq. ft. pop-up sale shop will offer a wide range of women’s clothing and accessories at fantastic discounted prices.

Seasalt was founded in 1981 and has won several national awards including the 2013 Drapers Womenswear Brand of the Year Award – the Cornish brand prides itself on creating beautiful and useful women’s clothing reflecting Cornwall’s coastline and landscapes, and focussing on the very best quality and styling.

Mayor of Gainsborough, Councillor Kenneth Woolley, will cut the ribbon on the new store in a special ceremony which will also see the new Clarks store open, on Friday, June 24.

He said: “I am delighted to welcome these new businesses opening in Marshall’s Yard and it is particularly nice to have a shop which is something new for the region and provides another great reason to visit the town – I wish the company every success.”

Seasalt co-founder, Neil Chadwick, said: “We’re looking forward to our opening at Marshall’s Yard.”
