Sewing seeds of friendship

A GARDEN centre that ceased trading after 54 years last month has donated a tree to Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice.

Ian Wright, Van Dyk garden centre manager, presented the Christmas tree to the hospice as a lasting reminder of they support they have given them over the years.

Mr Wright said: “We were delighted that Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice were happy to let us plant a tree on their site that will help decorate the landscape as well as provide a permanent reminder of Van Dyk Garden Centre.”
