Shock after 84-year-old woman injured in Gainsborough mugging
Police are appealing for witnesses after an elderly woman had her handbag snatched in Gainsborough.
An 84-year-old woman was walking along Enderby Crescent at around 5.15pm yesterday (Thursday, March 17) when a thief grabbed her handbag, which contained £200 and a bus pass.
The pensioner was taken to hospital as a precaution as there was a struggle before the handbag was taken.
