Shopping centre staff in Skegness scoop Team of the Year award

Each year, over a 12-month period, AM Services Group receives nominations for the award from clients, customers, visitors and managers across the country for teams who truly represent the company’s ‘One team, one goal’ ethos. The team that has demonstrated service excellence, dedication to the customer and that has gone above and beyond the call of duty in their role is selected, by secret vote, by the company’s team of senior managers.

Steve Andrews, manager for the Hildreds, praised the worthy award winners: “I am extremely proud of the staff and congratulate them. They always go the extra mile to ensure that our centre is a safe and clean environment for everyone to visit. The award is a fantastic achievement for them and truly deserved. I am thrilled that they have all be recognised and rewarded, and I am lucky to have them working here.”
