Organisers reported good attendance figures and over 200 pupils from local schools visited the event centred around the National Centre for Craft and Design on Friday and Saturday.

Many of the town’s businesses took part, with displays of wares and technology, live demonstrations and a new invention unveiled. There was also a business networking event on Friday evening.

The aim was to show people the breadth of items made on their doorstep, how the town’s businesses have evolved, and to demonstrate the wide range of skilled job opportunities here in Sleaford.
