Son in court on Elkesley murder charge
AN ELKESLEY man charged with the murder of his father has appeared in court.
Gary Talbot, 39, appeared at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court this morning, Tuesday 4th December.
His father, 64-year-old Charles Talbot, died on Sunday morning after sustaining serious head injuries at their Headland Avenue home.
Gary Talbot was arrested the same day.
No pleas were taken during today’s hearing and the case was adjourned until Thursday 6th December at Nottingham Crown Court.
