South Yorks: Students in the F1 fast lane move a step closer to Singapore

A team of racing students from Ridgewood Academy in Doncaster have moved a step closer to a trip to Singapore in the prestigious F1 in Schools World Finals, after success at the Yorkshire, Humberside and North West England F1 in Schools Regional Final at Sheffield Hallam University.

The Raging Bulls team from Ridgewood won the bloodhound blass and also took the fastest bloodhound car and best engineered bloodhound class car awards.

They now go through to the national finals in London in March.
