South Yorkshire: Colour assault course launched by Rotherham Hospice

A brand new assault course with an added twist of explosions of colour was spectacularly opened at the weekend by the Rotherham Hospice fundraising team.

Participants tested themselves as they tackled cargo nets, water pits, tyre runs, tree hurdles and mud crawls along the 4km course, located at Hesley Wood Activity Centre, Chapletown, Sheffield.

Visitors were left awash with colour as volunteers waited at ‘Colour Stations’ to throw bright-coloured powder at them.

Luckily, everyone receives a t-shirt to wear so you start off white and finish rather bright!
