Stirring up a success at Age UK
Run by a team of committed volunteers, the Age UK Lindsey Coffee morning at Horncastle Community Centre is in its fifth year and has in excess of 40 regular customers.
Offering a variety of delicious home-made cakes, teas and coffees, it gives an opportunity for people to meet together, make new friends and have a chat in a friendly atmosphere.
Throughout the year there is a calendar of events, with visits from community organisations, themed days and stalls, as well as the occasional raffle.
The coffee morning takes place every Thursday in the Manor House Street centre from 10am until noon, so pop along for a cake and a warm welcome.
