Sturton-by-Stow: Police name teenager who died in moped crash
Lincs Police have officially named the 16-year-old moped rider who lost his life after his vehicle left the road in the early hours of Sunday 21st September.
The teenager’s name was Jacques Mayo and he was from Stow.
Emergency services were called about 1.25am to the B1241 at Sturton by Stow and Jacques was taken to Lincoln County Hospital but was pronounced dead a short time later.
Police are asking for anyone who was in the area and saw the moped leave the road or believe they saw it travelling before it left the road to contact them on 101 or leave a message on the collision hotline 01522 558855.
