Success in satisfaction survey for The Elms Care Home in Louth

The Elms Care Home in Louth has scored more than 84 per cent overall performance rating in a national survey of people living in homes.

The Elms scored 845 points from a possible maximum of 1,000 in the independent confidential survey for “Your Care Rating”, which was conducted by leading market research organisation Ipsos MORI.

In responses to individual questions about customer satisfaction, The Elms scored highly with all the residents.

It achieved the highest possible rating of 100% of residents saying staff treat them with kindness, dignity and respect.

The Elms also achieved a 100% satisfaction rating for being a safe secure place to live and 94% for overall happiness with living in the home. The vast majority of participating residents (94%) said that the staff understand them as an individual, and in responses to other survey questions 94% of residents said they can take part in activities and hobbies if they want.

rated the home so highly.

“The survey outcome corresponds with the responses we have from Four Seasons’ own ‘Quality 
of Life’ programme.

“This enables residents, their relatives and care professionals to give us instant feedback on a day to day basis about any aspect of care quality”.
