Successful month at town food larder
Horncastle's Community Food Larder continued to be in demand during January.
A spokesman for the larder - based at the town’s Community Centre - revealed the larder had handed out 17 food parcels during the month.
The spokesman said: “We know some of the parcels went to families so we probably helped more than 50 people in the month, which is a significant increase on the same period last year.”
