Suffolk residents invited to next NHS Clinical Commissioning Group meeting

Local people are invited to attend the next meeting of the community engagement group of NHS West Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).

The meeting will take place on Thursday August 25 from 2pm until 4:30pm at the Haverhill Arts Centre, High Street, Haverhill, CB9 8DR.

The CCG work with members of the community to ensure that patient and public views are listened to allowing local people to have their say in shaping the health care services in West Suffolk.

The set agenda for the next meeting includes the ongoing engagement process on proposals to make changes to IVF services and refocus the services delivered to marginalised and vulnerable adults.

David Taylor, chairman of the CEG said: “The community engagement group both informs and influences the decision and planning process for health services in west Suffolk.

“It is important that people give their views so that the CCG can commission the right health services which meet the needs of local people.”
