The offence took place on December 19 last year, and involved Scrivener damaging £400’s worth of wooden spindles on the staircase.
Scrivener pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on March 13.
No court costs or victim surcharges were imposed by the court.
Scrivener also admitted that he had breached the conditions of a suspended sentence which was imposed by Lincoln Crown Court on September last year, following an offence of robbery.
However, no action was taken following the admission of this breach.
