Talk on Roman wall at town library
Local historian Sheila Jonkers will present a talk on Horncastle's Roman wall at the town's library on Friday (February 16) from 2.30-3.30pm.
Mrs Jonkers is a recognised expert on the walls which are at the centre of speculation about the importance of Horncastle in Roman times when it was believed to be Saxon shore fort.
