Tea party in charity shop to mark 35 years
In Ruskington on Monday last week volunteers at the hospice’s three charity shops on the High Street staged a tea party inviting customers to join them for tea, coffee, and birthday cake.
It was a civilised affair with musical accompaniment by violinist Steve Clarke, who is a local music teacher and busker in Covent Garden.
It is one of many events taking place to mark the anniversary year.
Pictured with Steve are joint managers Lorraine Spencer and Bev Barclay, volunteer staff and customers.
