TEN YEARS AGO: Spilsby students’ ‘green’ designs

Youngsters at the Spilsby’s King Edward VI Humanities College designed eco-friendly buildings along the lines of Cornwall’s Eden Project 10 years ago.

The work came as part of an enterprise scheme set up by the Educational Business Partnership.

The project also tested financial skills, with full costings being worked out.

The winning team members were Reece Stables, James Botton, Germaine Cox, Kavan Martin, Jordon Henley, Stuart Grandison, and Brandon Walker.
