Harry said: “The challenge is going to be one of the most physically challenging I have taken part in to date, but I am sure that it will be nothing in comparison to what the people we are raising money for go through.”

The challenge involves climbing mountains in locations across the United Kingdom – Snowdon in Wales, Scafell Pike in England and Ben Nevis in Scotland.

Thea said: “It is going to be a tough challenge but for an extremely worthy cause. Recently cancer has affected a schoolfriend, and talking to her first hand shows the inner strength and the impact it has on her everyday life. It is heartbreaking.”

Harry added: “I do not know a single person who has not been affected in some way by cancer. It does not just have a physical impact on a person, but a mental impact on them and indeed the people around them. It changes everything.”
