Since then the Colts have won six of their last eight matches while the Wongers have slipped down the table.

However, Horncastle got back to winning ways at the weekend, beating Cleethorpes Town Reserves 2-0 seven days after their 3-1 success against Wyberton.

“Wyberton and Horncastle always is a cracker,” Greswell said.

“It’s kind of our derby and, after their impressive win against Cleethorpes, they will be coming full of confidence.

“On their day they can beat anyone in our league, but so can we.

“I hope the weather holds out.”

Saturday’s match will kick off at 2pm.
