“This is a new dawn for Bassetlaw” - says new council leader
BASSETLAW Council’s newly-elected leader has heralded a ‘new dawn’ for the district, with a challenging but exciting year ahead.
Coun Simon Greaves pledged an end to ‘petty party politics’ and the start of a council working collaboratively for the residents of Bassetlaw.
He also promised to champion major projects for Worksop, from a new bus station to the Vesuvius development.
