Three face assault charges
THREE men charged with the assault of a Gainsborough man have appeared in court.
Sam Bowler, 28, from Messingham, and Thomas George Marples, 22, and 29-year-old Scott Millson, both from Scunthorpe, have all been charged with GBH after a 50-year-old man from Gainsborough was assaulted on Silver Street, Gainsborough on Saturday 27th August. They appeared at Lincoln Crown Court on 5th September for a preliminary hearing. The case has been adjourned until 4th November for a plea and case management hearing.
