Three year driving ban
A BARLBOROUGH man has been banned from driving for three years and fined £1,015 for refusing to take a breath test.
Thomas Kirwan, 60, The Crescent, admitted to the offence which took place near the Clowne Liberal Club on 26th April.
He also paid £85 towards court costs.
