Christine said: “My reason for choosing this Charity is in recognition of the tremendous help they gave me when my husband, Gordon, was terminally ill. Marie Curie nurses looked after him during the night to give me the chance of a few hours sleep.”

John’s chosen charity was ULH Multiple Sclerosis Charitable Fund and nearly £5,000 was raised for both charities.
