Town man to face affray charge
A SLEAFORD man will appear before Lincoln Crown Court to face an affray charge.
Daniel Stephen Horne, 22, of Southgate, Sleaford, was originally charged with racially aggravated assault from August 6, last year, but prosecutors have now replaced the charge with affray.
A plea to the allegation was not taken at Sleaford Magistrates Court last Tuesday.
Magistrates committed Mr Horne to appear at Lincoln Crown Court on April 29.
He was granted unconditional bail.
