Traffic: Motorists advised to aviod A616 after serious crash
Motorists should avoid the A616 near Clowne, Barlborough and the junction with the M1 this morning after a serious crash.
Police have closed the A6135 Sheffield Road in both ways near Renishaw due to an accident between M1 junction 30 / A616 (Sheffield/Worksop) and Westfield Lane.
Emergency services are at the scene.
Eye witness reports suggest the roof has been cut off at least one vehicle to free the people inside.
Traffic is building up in the surrounding area so please avoid until further notice.
