Tractor spills its load in A17 crash
A tractor overturned, spilling cabbages all over the A17, at Sutterton, following a collision on Saturday afternoon.
A police spokesman said the road was closed for a number of hours following the crash between a Peugeot 206 and the JCB tractor at about 12.30pm.
The driver of the Peugeot, an 89-year-old man from Sleaford, was taken to Pilgrim Hospital to be checked over.
The road remained closed unitl 7.30pm to allow the vehicles to be recovered.
