Trial date set for February over alleged sexual assault
A 35-year-old man who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman in Louth earlier this year is due to face trial in February.
Aaron Palmer, of Welbeck Way, allegedly committed the sexual offence against a woman over the age of 16 in May this year.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge when he appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court last month, and maintained his not guilty plea at the same court last week (December 18).
He was granted unconditional bail, and will appear at the same court on February 9.
