Ulley wind farm reaches milestone
construction of a new £21.9m wind farm at Ulley has reached a milestone with work starting on the concrete foundations.
Banks Renewables began operations on the Penny Hill wind farm site in July.
Concrete is now being delivered and poured into the foundations, with work on each turbine taking a week.
