Update: Boston murder inquiry – four released on bail, but search for man continues

Police conducting a murder inquiry in Boston are continuing their search for a man they want to speak to, but four people previously arrested have been released on bail.

Detective Chief Inspector Martin Holvey, who is leading the investigation, said: “We are still searching for Audrius Zauka. The search includes contact with other British Police forces and agencies and police forces abroad.

“Zauka should not be approached by the public.

“Anyone with anyone information about his whereabouts, or indeed any information regarding the incident, is asked to contact Lincolnshire Police on the non-emergency number 101 quoting incident 350 of 23/10/2015. Alternatively contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.”

Police said today the two men and two women who were arrested in connection with this investigation have all been released on police bail to return to the police station at a later date.

Police are appealing for the public’s help in tracing Audrius Zuaka (pictured) but are warning people not to approach him directly.

Officers say the 41-year-old, originally from Lithuania, could be in the Boston area but may have travelled widely since Friday.

Anyone with knowledge of Zuaka’s whereabouts or has any information about this incident is asked to call the 101 non-emergency number. Alternatively the public can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.

Four people remain in police custody following the death of Sigitas Kirkickas (53) at a house in Boston’s Ingelow Avenue on Friday.

Police were called to the house at 5.56pm that day.
