UPDATE: Maltby: Police not treating death as suspicious
Police investigating the death of a man who was found injured at a house in Maltby are not treating it as suspicious.
Officers were contacted after a 48-year-old male was found injured at an address on Morrell Street at around 6.30pm on Sunday 21st September.
He was taken to hospital where he later died.
A post mortem examination concluded the man died as a result of head injuries.
Police do not believe there to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death and are not looking for anyone else.
A file is being prepared for the coroner.
