UPDATE: Man alleged to have fired upon members of the public with an air riflesent to crown court
A man arrested after an alleged incident which saw members of the public fired upon by an air rifle in Boston has been sent to crown court for trial.
Ruslanas Solovjovas, 38, of Vauxhall Road, in Boston, was charged with five counts of assault, possession of an air weapon and one count of affray following an incident in the Freiston Road/Vauxhall Road area yesterday (Sunday)
He appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court this morning (Monday) where he was remanded into custody and sent to Lincoln Crown Court on December 12, 2016, at 10am.
He gave no indication of his plea at the hearing.
