Valentine ball in aid of mayor’s chosen charity

Councillor Trevor Foster is hosting a Gala Valentine’s Ball on Saturday February 14 at The Baths Hall in Scunthorpe in aid of his Appeal Fund supporting Macmillan Cancer Support and Lindsey Lodge Hospice.

There will be entertainment throughout the evening from Generations Apart and Perfect Pair.

Coun Foster said: “The Valentine’s Ball is going to be a wonderful evening in aid of two extraordinary charities.

“Throughout my Mayoral year my aim is to raise as much money as possible for both Lindsey Lodge Hospice and Macmillan Cancer Support.”

The Valentine’s Ball is at 6.45pm ready for a 7.30pm start. The dress code is black tie/ lounge suit.

Tickets for the event cost £35, sold on a first come, first serve basis.

Included in the price is a three-course meal and coffee.
