There were scenes of jubilation from fans watching at home or in bars across Sleaford and district when Trippier looped in his opening goal from a free kick within five minutes of the kick off in the World Cup semi-final against Croatia.
We invited Sleaford area fans to share their images and videos of support and you did not disappoint, albeit there was also an offer of an alternative to the big game with a chance for ladies' rugby training!
Well done Gareth and the boys for a great run - roll on the Euros!
