ANOTHER year and another round of heart-warming stories of unsung community heroes who have been nominated for our Guardian Rose award.

It is now time to cast your vote for who you think should be crowned the 2012 Rose winners at our glittering ceremony to be held at the Lion Hotel in Worksop on Thursday 29th November.

Look North TV presenter Clare Frisby will host the ceremony which will feature winners from 10 different categories, including last year’s brand-new addition - Services to Young People.

Take a look at the round-up of our wonderful nominees from the past 12 months and cast your vote for who you think deserves to win our top community award.

To vote for who you would like to win, simply text the word WGU (space) ROSE followed by a space then the number of your chosen finalist and send it to 61500, eg WGU ROSE 045.
