WEEKEND: Sporadic sunshine, but little rain
A dry weekend is in prospect, but those hoping for summer sun could be left a little disappointed.
Prolonged spells of sunshine will be seen across the East Midlands this afternoon, Friday, but it is not set to last.
Temperatures will rise in the coming days to 20c or just beyond, but it will remain cloudy across both Saturday and Sunday.
