Whitwell: Place your bets to help support Cedar House
Whitwell Players are hosting a race night at Whitwell Community Centre in aid of Cedar House (Bassetlaw Hospice)
Two of the group lost their auntie, Carol Storer, to cancer last year and were amazed at the high-level care that Cedar House delivered, so started fund-raising for the charity.
Daria Green asked the Whitwell Players to make a donation to the charity from the race night.
Tickets are £3 each from the community centre, please retain your ticket to get a £2 bet on the first race.
