Witness plea after woman in her twenties dies in collision in Skegness

Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman in her twenties died in a collision in Skegness.

The collision took place near Willow Park along the A158 Burgh Road just after midnight.

A male pedestrian who was also involved in the accident was taken to hospital with injuries thought to be life-changing.

The vehicle involved was a turquoise Vauxhall Astra. The road was closed following the incident and re-opened at around 8am.

Anyone with dashcam footage is asked to call 101 quoting Incident 22 of 18th July.
