Woman cut from car after crash
A 61-year-old woman had to be cut from her car and taken to hospital this morning (Friday) following a crash on Gateford Road.
Emergency services attended the scene to find two vehicles, a silver Peugeot 206 and a white Transit van, had collided just after 9.20am.
The woman, who was driving the Peugeot, was taken to Bassetlaw Hospital as a precaution with no visible injuries, a police spokesman said.
The driver of the van was uninjured. The road has been cleared.
