Woman dies in Harthill accident
A WOMAN has died in following a road accident in Harthill yesterday (Thursday).
The 66-year-old, from the Derby area, was hit by a silvery-blue Jaguar X-Type on Union Street outside All Hallow’s Church around 1.47pm.
The Jaguar was being driven by a 74-year-old man from Skegness, Lincolnshire.
Police say the woman was taken to hospital with serious injuries which later proved fatal.
