Woman gets top local award

Thursday 4pm - MARJORIE Barnes from Louth has been given a High Sheriff's Award for her voluntary service to the community of Louth.

She was honoured for her work at a special ceremony at Lincoln Crown Court.

She was presented with an engraved lapel pin and a citation by the High Sheriff of Lincolnshire, Lady Sarah McCorquodale, before attending a reception at the Judges' Lodgings in Castle Square.
