A diversion route will be in place sending traffic south along Lumley Road, then right into Rutland Road and on to Scarborough Avenue.
Also a small limited parking area on Lumley Road close to the crossing will be suspended.
Tim Clark, traffic signals manager at Lincolnshire County Council, said: “By refurbishing these three crossings with the latest, more energy efficient equipment, it will help the council make savings and will also reduce our carbon footprint. Through completing the works in three stages, it ensures any disruption to traffic can be kept to a minimum and helps keep motorists and pedestrians on the move.”
