It will also be another important boost to the local economy.

A recruitment day was held on 16th April, where perspective employees attended a full day of practical and theory assessments, from which 15 people were offered jobs.

MBA Polymers human resources manager Sue Thomson commented, “The recruitment day was a great success.”

“It brought members of the local community and its surrounding areas together for some interesting and fun challenges, with a great display of talent and teamwork.”

“Every participant gave it 100 per cent and it is unfortunate that at this time we could only offer 15 new roles, we look forward to welcoming them to our team.”
