Worksop: Equestrian centre owner fined for using TV without a licence

The owner of an equestrian centre in Worksop caught without a TV Licence has been ordered to pay £620 by magistrates.

Mark O’Brien, owner of the Wallingwells Equestrian Centre on Wallingwells Lane, Worksop, was fined £400 for the offence of using a TV without a licence on the business premises.

He was also ordered to pay £180 costs and a £40 victim surcharge at the hearing at Worksop Magistrates’ Court.
