The annual Santa Dash on Sunday 14th December was organised by Aurora.

Families and friends gathered at the Aurora Wellbeing Centre, Canch Memorial Park, in the morning before setting off on a Fun Run.

Funds generated from the entry fees and Christmas stalls will go towards helping the charity in the future.

Peter Bradley, Aurora campaign manager, said: “Everything was brilliant.”

“The children got to meet Father Christmas. It ticked all the boxes.”

“People even brought their dogs along, it was really good.”

“We had a film show, homemade cakes and foods on sale.”

“We are hoping to have more people turn out next year.”
